Company Policies

General Shipping Policy
  We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) for both Domestic (US) and International (non-US) packages. In order to ensure proper handling and delivery, all international orders are shipped USPS Express Mail International. We may upgrade the shipping to FedEx to decrease shipping time at our discretion. We usually ship the product out next day, but we reserve the right of 1 full business day for preparation. (If you order Monday at noon, it will probably be in the mail Tuesday, but may be sent on Wednesday.)
Non-Cancellation Policy
  All orders are non-cancelable, however your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you wish to return an unwanted item, please follow the return policy.
General Merchandise Return Policy
  For domestic orders, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any item for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less a 15% processing fee and any shipping charges) or a for an exchange of a comparable product. No exceptions.
  For international orders, you may return any item for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less a 15% processing fee and any shipping charges). Due to the high cost of international shipping, we will not offer an exchange. No exceptions.
  If the product was malfunctioning, all parts and figures must be included for a refund to authorized. For any other reason, all items must be returned in its original condition (i.e., factory sealed cases must be unopened).
How do I return an item?
  First, you should email us to determine if a return is necessary. If it is, please include a copy of your merchandise invoice and an explanation of your return. Including the invoice will allow us to process your return more rapidly. If it has been misplaced, please include a letter with your return telling us the buyer's name, contact information (home address, email address, phone number), approximate date of purchase, and the reason for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions. Please send your return package to:
